Business travelers will pay more for plane tickets and hotel rooms in 2012, according to a new report.
The Global Business Travel Association said managers expect to pay up to 5 percent more for business travel next year.
Negotiations are tougher right now, with hotels and airlines offering less generous discounts on volume buys, the group said.
"Companies are attuned to the importance of travel and boosting their budgets in the face of higher rates so they can keep their people on the road," said GBTA CEO Jim McMullan.
